My hope for this album is for you to have a period of self reflection to evaluate parts of yourself that you may be neglecting. I definitely have had struggles with balance over the past few years and this tape is helping me realign. I take each movement to think about the correlating chakra and how I can become closer with that particular part of myself. I encourage everyone who resonates with this to reach out and share their experiences with me, to your friends, and into your environment. I would love to share more of what I have learned with you. The message behind it all for me is the fact that things are constantly changing, always flowing, so embrace the feelings and experiences you have at this very moment because you will never feel the same. Embrace the moment, become your surroundings, and spread light to all you come in contact with. Let's make this world a better place for our ourselves, our family, and our children. I love you.
